Viewing PDF files

This section shows you how to download and view PDF files.

For Windows

Downloading PDF files to a Windows PC

This shows you how to download a PDF file directly to your computer. You can then view the file at your convenience.

Right click on the PDF you want to download, then choose Save Link As from the pop-up menu. In the Save As dialogue box, select a location on the hard disk, then click Save.

Viewing PDF files on a Windows PC

You can view PDF files using Adobe Reader. To view a PDF, double click on the appropriate file.

Downloading PDF files to a Macintosh PC

This shows you how to download a PDF file directly to your computer. You can then view the file at your convenience.

Press and hold the Control key, then click on the PDF you want to download. Download linked file.

Viewing PDF files on a Macintosh PC

You can view PDF files using either the Preview software installed with Mac OS X or Adobe Reader. To view a PDF, double click on the appropriate file.
